🐻 Check-in & Arrival Check-in opens at 10:00 AM. Please arrive on time to settle in, enjoy light stretching, and prepare for class. The official session starts at 10:30 AM sharp. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class begins. 🔹Cancellation & Refund Policy You may cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours, including no-shows, will receive a 50% refund. 🔸Photo & Video Consent Photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional purposes. These may be used on our website and social media. If you prefer not to have your face shown, please inform our team during check-in and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 🔹Weather Policy In case of severe weather (e.g. heavy rain or storm), the event may be rescheduled or canceled.
